Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This allows the spa enough time to re-fill appointments.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of treatments scheduled. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of treatments scheduled.
